Key Responsibilities :

- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies to promote team engagement and alignment.

- Assist product owners in defining, prioritizing, and refining the product backlog, ensuring that user stories are well-structured and meet acceptance criteria.

- Coach team members on Scrum principles, agile methodologies, and best practices to enhance performance and productivity.

- Identify and remove impediments that may hinder the teams progress, ensuring a smooth workflow and fostering an environment of continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and engineers, to ensure alignment with AI/ML project objectives and timelines.

- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders and suggesting necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

- Champion a culture of transparency and open communication among team members and stakeholders, promoting collaboration to achieve project goals.

Agile & Delivery Skills :

- Experience managing 2+ Scrum teams simultaneously

- Mentions of Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives with outcome-oriented language (e.g., improved velocity, resolved team blockers)

- Clear understanding of Agile estimation techniques

- Familiarity with metrics like velocity, burndown, throughput, and their application in performance analysis

Technical Exposure :

- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams (e.g., developers, testers, DevOps)

- Evidence of handling cross-team dependencies or coordinating with Product Owners/Architects

Leadership & Stakeholder Management :

- Leadership or facilitation roles in retrospectives, PI planning, backlog grooming, etc.

- Involvement in stakeholder management and project reporting

- Soft skills : assertive, outcome-focused, confident in communication and leadership
