Responsibilities :
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Guarantee all ceremonies are effective and time-boxed.
- Serve as a coach and mentor for the team in Agile principles and Scrum practices.
- Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder team progress.
- Promote self-organization and accountability within the team.
- Act as a bridge between the team and stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies transparently.
- Foster a culture of learning and improvement.
- Use metrics (e. g., velocity, burn-down charts) to identify areas for team growth.
- Facilitate team workshops and retrospectives for process improvement.
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
- Resolve conflicts within the team and promote a collaborative environment.
- Guide teams and the organization on Agile practices.
- Work with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to enhance organizational agility.
- Utilize Agile tools (e. g., Jira, Confluence) to manage backlogs and track progress.
- Ensure that documentation and artifacts are updated and accessible.
- Define the Release Scope working with all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the QA Team for defect tracking and ensure releases are on time.
Requirements :
- Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Cloud experience.
