What youll do :
- Facilitate and lead all core Scrum events (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Continuously identify and eliminate impediments that block the team's delivery flow and productivity.
- Partner closely with the Product Owner to refine the product backlog and ensure delivery aligns with business priorities.
- Shield the development team from external disruptions, fostering focus and a healthy team dynamic.
- Drive transparent and effective communication within the team and with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity.
- Support the team in meeting Sprint Goals while adhering to Scrum principles and best practices.
- Champion empirical delivery by helping the team inspect, adapt, and improve continuously.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators like team velocity, predictability, satisfaction, and quality metrics.
- Encourage regular retrospective reflection to identify improvement areas and experiment with actionable changes.
- Support the team in becoming self-managing, cross-functional, and continuously improving in collaboration and delivery.
- Help define and evolve ways of working, standards, and practices across teams to drive agile maturity.
- Coach individuals and teams on agile values, mindset, and frameworks both at the team and organizational levels.
- Support agile scaling efforts (e.g., Scrum@Scale, SAFe, LeSS, Spotify model) as the organization grows and evolves.
You should have :
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development/delivery or similar roles like Agile Coach.
- Proven track record facilitating agile ceremonies and driving change in complex delivery environments.
- Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and other agile frameworks.
- Practical experience helping teams navigate conflict, ambiguity, and continuous improvement.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) with strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Comfortable using modern collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent; additional certifications (e.g., ICAgile, SAFe, LeSS) are a plus.
Bonus if you have :
- Experience scaling agile practices across multiple teams or departments.
- Exposure to enterprise-level transformations and agile maturity assessments.
- Coaching experience with leaders, teams, and stakeholders on agile values and behaviors.
- Familiarity with metrics-driven team coaching and Agile health diagnostics.
