About the Role :

Duration : 12 months contract

Overview :

We are seeking experienced Scrum Masters to support enterprise IT projects in procurement and manufacturing environments. This role involves guiding Agile teams, coordinating with business stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality delivery in a regulated (GxP) setting.

Key Responsibilities :

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments for IT project teams

- Align delivery with stakeholders in procurement, manufacturing, and supply chain functions

- Support planning, backlog refinement, sprint execution, and reporting

- Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and regulated environment standards

- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies with other project managers and vendors

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master on enterprise IT projects

- Prior work with procurement, ERP, or manufacturing systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MES) strongly preferred

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) desirable

- Experience in FDA-regulated or GxP environments preferred

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
