Work location : Office-based. (Bengaluru).

Work timings : Day Shift, (Monday to Friday)

Qualifications and skillsets needed :

- 4 - 6 years of experience in software testing, with expertise in both manual and automated testing.

- Strong working knowledge of test management tools, programming/scripting languages, and QA methodologies.

- Hands-on experience in test automation using Selenium, Cucumber, or similar automation frameworks is a must.

- Proven experience in designing, writing, and executing manual test cases for complex software applications.

- Hands-on experience in test automation using tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, Playwright or equivalent frameworks is required

- Proficiency in test case design, execution, and defect management using tools like JIRA, Zephyr, or TestRail.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and coordination skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, ensuring smooth test planning, execution, and issue resolution.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions and exposure to performance testing with JMeter is an added advantage.

- Experience in the regulated healthcare industry is an added advantage

- Experience with API testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or SoapUI, along with SQL skills for backend and database validation

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments

- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive, productive work environment.

- Experience applying AI tools in testing and coding is an added advantage

Tasks and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for complex software applications.

- Implement and maintain test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, Playwright, or equivalent.

- Review, analyze, and supplement requirement specifications to ensure 100% test coverage.

- Participate in test planning, test design, and test execution during all phases of the software development lifecycle.

- Manage defects, including logging, tracking, and verifying resolutions using tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, or TestRail.

- Demonstrate extensive experience with all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

- Perform API testing using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, or SoapUI to validate integrations and backend functionality.

- Support root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives for quality and process enhancement.

- Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and best practices across projects.
