Job Description :
This role will be part of our flagship product ScribeRyte, an AI-powered web-based, mobile-based and cloud-based clinical documentation platform. The selected individual will be responsible for continuously reviewing and improving the usability, design consistency, and overall user experience (UX) of our healthcare applications.
The individual will collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure the highest standards of product quality and user satisfaction. The individual will also work closely with the Senior VP of Technology and internal product leaders to deliver the SR Instant Provider Enrollment Platform, ensuring all features (provider guides, templates, onboarding workflows, etc.) meet usability standards and project timelines.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and empathetic product manager who is passionate about great user experiences, thrives in cross-functional environments, and can translate real user needs into intuitive design solutions.
Job Summary :
- Review business and user requirements and translate them into actionable usability and testing plans.
- Conduct usability testing, collect user feedback, and create comprehensive reports highlighting issues and recommendations.
- Work with software, QA, and design teams to address usability issues and ensure alignment with product vision.
- Serve as a bridge between product design and engineering to ensure functional and aesthetic consistency across the application.
- Track and analyze user behavior metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Own the documentation of design feedback loops, UX patterns, and resolved issues.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders for patient and provider facing applications.
- Report progress, challenges, and findings directly to the executive team.
- Demonstrate ownership, problem-solving ability, and commitment to high-quality deliverables.
Roles and responsibilities :
An ideal candidate will exhibit the following traits :
- Conduct continuous usability audits and evaluate overall product flow to identify user experience gaps.
- Develop and maintain usability testing frameworks, including test cases, acceptance criteria, and design validation scripts.
- Manage feedback cycles from internal users and providers, converting insights into tangible design improvements.
- Collaborate with QA teams for end-to-end bug tracking, triaging, and resolution follow-ups.
- Partner with product designers to optimize navigation, information hierarchy, and accessibility.
- Track metrics such as task completion rate, user satisfaction (CSAT), and NPS scores to measure UX success.
- Document and present usability findings to stakeholders with actionable recommendations.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to validate feature changes or UI enhancements.
- Ensure all UI/UX changes adhere to regulatory and compliance guidelines relevant to healthcare products.
- Participate in product roadmap planning and prioritize usability goals alongside feature releases
- Work with BA's to define or elaborate business software requirements.
- Take ownership of product features and work closely with stakeholders to ideate and rapidly release minimum viable product or mobile app solution across healthcare products
