Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Developer with expertise in flow automation, declarative development, and CRM optimization.
The ideal candidate will balance technical proficiency with strong business understanding, enabling the design and implementation of solutions that improve efficiency, ensure data integrity, and drive measurable business outcomes.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Salesforce solutions that enhance workflows, automate repetitive processes, and support strategic initiatives.

Education & Experience :
Education : Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

- Ability to work flexible hours across multiple time zones, if required.
Preferred :
- Advanced Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Advanced Administrator).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and Git-based development workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :
Administration :
- Manage Salesforce users, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
- Maintain data integrity, including imports, exports, and updates.
- Configure standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to meet business requirements.
Development :
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce flows to automate business processes.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, and programmatic solutions to meet business needs.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using APIs and middleware tools.
Flow Automation :
- Leverage Flow Builder to create complex, scalable, and maintainable automation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing automation, ensuring optimal system performance.
- Document automation designs, workflows, and best practices for future reference.
Collaboration & Support :
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical
solutions.
