Job Summary :

The SCCM Engineer is responsible for advanced support, design, and administration of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager environments, including patching, software deployment, monitoring, reporting, integration, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide expert troubleshooting and advanced support for complex SCCM issues.

- Design, implement, and manage SCCM infrastructure and configurations.

- Create and manage software packages, applications, and deployments.

- Implement and monitor patch management strategies using SCCM and WSUS.

- Configure monitoring solutions and generate compliance and health reports.

- Maintain process documentation and deliver knowledge transfer to teams.

- Integrate SCCM with other IT tools and automate routine operational tasks.

- Ensure SCCM configurations comply with organizational security policies.

- Participate in SCCM-related projects, upgrades, and enhancements.

- Continuously evaluate SCCM trends and recommend improvements.
