Job Description :

We are hiring a skilled AI Engineer with hands-on experience in building and deploying advanced AI solutions. This role involves working with Generative AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), and intelligent agent frameworks to create impactful and scalable products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance model performance and relevance.

- Build and deploy AI Agents for task automation, decision-making, and user interaction workflows.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into real-world applications.

- Continuously experiment with new LLM capabilities, fine-tuning, and evaluation methods.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong expertise in LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, Mistral, etc.).

- Experience with Prompt Engineering and few-shot or zero-shot techniques.

- Proficiency in building RAG pipelines (vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, etc.).

- Working knowledge of AI agents frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, OpenAgents, etc.).

- Solid programming skills in Python and experience with popular ML/AI libraries.
