Primary Skills :

- Hands-on experience in any IGA product such as: Saviynt, Oracle Identity, Microsoft Identity, IBM ISIM, Arcon

- API based application integration

- Strong understanding of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) concepts

Secondary Skills :

Experience in :

- Implementing IAM/IGA solutions to meet business and security needs

- Gathering requirements and developing connectors, LCM events, and workflows

- Installing, customizing, and supporting identity provisioning tools

- Performing product installations, configurations, and upgrades

- Aggregating and provisioning users using various connectors

- Developing IAM solutions using IGA/Access Management tools

- Supporting system development lifecycle: deploying new code to UAT and production

- Strong project participation and leadership experience in IAM projects

- Self-motivated with strong communication skills (can explain technical info to non-technical teams)

- Gap assessment in client IAM environments

- Process documentation and IAM governance (IDAM, SSO, MFA)

- Creating and running audit reports (SOX, PCI, CPNI)

- Monitoring service delivery and SLAs

- Managing source code and builds for compliance

- Identifying and resolving issues, performing root cause analysis

- Good exposure to access management tools (SSO, MFA)

- Developing documentation, test scripts, and workflow diagrams

- Upgrade planning, execution, and post-upgrade support

- Familiarity with both IGA and Access Management (SSO, MFA) technologies

- Readiness to work onsite at client office full-time

- Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
