About the Role :

SaveIN is looking for a talented and motivated Full-Time Designer with 1- 2 years of experience to join our creative and product design team.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs that strengthen our fintech product experience, brand identity, and communication.

Responsibilities :

- Create user-friendly and visually appealing UI designs for mobile and web.

- Build and maintain Design System components, ensuring scalable and consistent UI patterns.

- Use Figma Auto-Layout, variants, and advanced component structures to build efficient, responsive screens.

- Develop design assets such as icons, illustrations, banners, product visuals, and more.

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate ideas into intuitive designs.

- Conduct basic user research and apply UX best practices.

- Produce high-fidelity screens, prototypes, and developer-ready assets.

- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

- Iterate designs based on feedback and usability insights.

- Utilize AI tools (design generation, content assistance, research, automation) to speed up workflows and enhance output quality.

Required Skills :

- Strong command of Figma, including Auto-Layout, components, variants, responsive design, and prototyping.

- Experience working with or contributing to a Design System.

- Good understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

- Strong visual design senselayout, color, typography, and spacing.

- Basic motion design skills (bonus).

- Ability to leverage AI tools for design exploration, user insights, creative ideas, and faster execution.

- High attention to detail with strong creative problem-solving mindset.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications :

- 2- 4 years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX / Visual Designer.

- Portfolio showcasing strong UI design, visual craft, and component-based design work
