Seeking a Senior Cloud/DevOps Engineer with a collaborative spirit and CI/CD expertise to drive seamless deployments in our fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities :
Engineering Planning & Design :
- Collaborate with development teams to understand their needs and ensure that cloud-based applications and services are deployed consistently and reliably.
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure for applications and services using cloud computing platforms (AWS).
- Participate in capacity planning, disaster recovery planning, and security assessments to ensure the robustness and resilience of cloud infrastructure.
Engineering Development :
- Automate infrastructure and deployment processes using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
- Deploy, configure, and optimize Kubernetes clusters to support containerized applications.
- Monitor cloud-based services to ensure optimal performance, availability, scalability, and security.
- Implement corrective measures as needed.
- Utilize Python for scripting and automation tasks, as well as for building custom tools and integrations.
- Implement and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions using ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Grafana, and other monitoring tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to cloud infrastructure and deployment processes in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for cloud infrastructure and deployment processes.
Team Development :
- Maintain knowledge of emerging cloud technologies and trends and incorporate them into the organization's cloud strategy to ensure competitiveness and effectiveness.
- Act as a subject matter expert for cloud computing, providing guidance and support to other teams as needed.
- Defining career paths for team members and helping them grow with regular coaching and mentoring.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in CS or IT.
- 6- 8 years of working experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS.
Must have :
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms, particularly AWS (certification is a plus).
- Experience of AWS services like EKS, EC2, ECS, S3, ELB, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, CloudFront, ECR, Lambda, RDS.
- In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation with Python.
- Strong experience with automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
- Experience with monitoring and logging solutions such as ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Grafana, Prometheus, etc.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and tools like Jenkins and Bitbucket.
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and data management concepts in cloud environments.
