Role Description :

This is a full-time remote role for a Level 3 Cloud Administrator.

The L3 Cloud Administrator will manage cloud environments, troubleshoot system issues, provide high-level support to ensure uptime, and effectively contribute toward cloud service optimization.

Responsibilities include maintaining and monitoring system performance, executing system upgrades, ensuring network security, and collaborating with relevant teams to resolve complex infrastructure challenges.

Qualifications :

- Proficiency in Cloud Administration, including deployment and management of cloud environments.

- Strong Troubleshooting and System Administration skills, with the ability to address and resolve complex technical issues.

- Experience in IT Infrastructure and Network Security best practices.

- Ability to monitor system performance and execute timely system upgrades.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

- Certifications in relevant cloud platforms (e., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) are a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
