Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery and customization of Saras Pulse, our e-commerce-focused data analytics platform.

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, client implementations, and custom solution delivery, ensuring that Saras Pulse meets the evolving needs of e-commerce clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, data analytics, and e-commerce, with proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering SaaS or analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Leadership :

- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Saras Pulse implementations and customizations for e-commerce clients.

- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Client Engagement & Customization :

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their analytics needs and translating them into actionable project plans.

- Gather and document client requirements for custom analytics, dashboards, and integrations.

- Coordinate the delivery of tailored solutions, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.

Cross-functional Collaboration :

- Work closely with product, engineering, analytics, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders, resolving conflicts and ensuring alignment on project goals.

Process & Quality Management :

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and manage risks and issues.

- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

- Implement best practices in project management, data governance, and change management.

Performance Analysis & Reporting :

- Monitor project performance using analytics and reporting tools.

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as project milestones, client satisfaction, and solution adoption.

- Provide regular updates to senior management and clients on project status and outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 6+ years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS, data analytics, or e-commerce environments.

- Strong understanding of e-commerce business processes, analytics platforms, and digital marketing concepts.

- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall) and tools (e., Jira, Asana, MS Project).

- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver customized solutions.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and analytics.

- Familiarity with data visualization, BI tools, and e-commerce platforms is a plus.

Preferred Experience :

- Prior experience implementing or customizing analytics solutions for e-commerce clients.

- Knowledge of data integration, ETL, and reporting best practices.

- Experience managing third-party vendors or technology partners.

- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) is an advantage.
