Description :

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP WM/EWM Consultant with strong EDI integration expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing Warehouse Management (WM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions, ensuring seamless integration with business partners through EDI.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP WM and EWM modules.

- Design and configure warehouse processes such as inbound, outbound, putaway, picking, packing, and physical inventory.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, FI, etc.) to align business processes.

- Manage and optimize EDI transactions (850, 856, 810, etc.) between SAP and external systems.

- Develop and maintain mapping documents for EDI interfaces and coordinate with middleware or third-party providers.

- Handle integration between SAP EWM and external warehouse systems or third-party logistics partners.

- Conduct system testing, training, and documentation for end-users.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WM/EWM configurations, performance, and data exchange.

- Participate in global rollouts, enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP WM/EWM with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations.

- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics execution.

- Hands-on experience with EDI integration and IDoc processing (inbound/outbound).

- Good knowledge of RF framework, batch management, and handling units (HU).

- Experience in EWM deployment options (Decentralized, Embedded).

- Strong understanding of integration with MM, SD, and TM modules.

- Proficient in issue analysis, debugging, and providing quick resolutions.

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA environment.

- Exposure to SAP Transportation Management (TM) and SAP GTS.

- Knowledge of middleware tools (PI/PO, SAP CPI, or Seeburger) for EDI integration.

- SAP WM/EWM certification preferred.
