SAP WM Consultant - Implementation & System Configuration

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support SAP WM implementation, configuration, and enhancement projects.

- Understand and map complex warehouse processes including : Putaway, Picking, Inventory Management, Cycle Counting, and HU (Handling Unit) Management.

- Integrate and support RF devices and barcode scanning solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business requirements and custom solutions.

- Write clear and detailed functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers.

- Monitor and troubleshoot IDocs, batch jobs, and system interfaces.

- Provide go-live and post-go-live support to ensure smooth operations.

Desired Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP WM module.

- Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse operations and SAP best practices.

- Experience working with RF technology, mobile scanners, and barcode integration.

- Exposure to SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) is a strong advantage.

- Good working knowledge of IDocs, batch monitoring, and interface troubleshooting.

- Excellent documentation and communication skills, including writing functional specs.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage stakeholder expectations.

Nice to Have :

- Integration knowledge with SAP MM, SD, and LE modules.

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA environments.

- Understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery models.
