SAP WM Architect

Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end SAP WM solution architecture, aligned with business and operational requirements

- Design and validate core warehouse management templates for global rollouts

- Ensure scalable, robust, and best-practice SAP WM solutions on S/4HANA

- Drive SAP WM implementations, enhancements, and rollouts

- Configure SAP WM processes to meet complex business needs

- Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases

- Provide hands-on expertise in SAP WM with Handling Unit Management (HUM)

- Design and configure inbound, outbound, internal warehouse, and inventory processes

- Ensure seamless integration between SAP WM and SAP MM modules

- Manage WM master data configuration and integration using Core Interface (CIF)

- Ensure data consistency and integration with upstream and downstream systems

- Support IDOCs and other integration mechanisms as required

- Act as a subject matter expert for WM architecture and best practices

- Provide guidance to functional consultants and business users

- Support production issues, root cause analysis, and continuous improvements

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :

Experience :

- 8- 10 years of experience in SAP Warehouse Management (WM)

- Minimum 8+ years of hands-on SAP WM experience

- Proven experience in core template design, build, validation, rollouts, and support

- Strong experience across implementation, enhancement, and rollout projects

- Hands-on experience working on SAP S/4HANA environments

Technical Skills :

- Deep expertise in SAP WM configuration

- Strong knowledge of Handling Unit Management (HUM)

- Strong integration knowledge between SAP WM and SAP MM

- Experience with WM master data integration using Core Interface (CIF)

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to large-scale or global warehouse implementations

- Experience in warehouse automation or integration with third-party systems

- SAP WM / S/4HANA certifications

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and solution design capabilities

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to lead multiple projects and mentor team members
