Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Vistex Lead with strong expertise in SAP Vistex and SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) to lead our implementation and support team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in SAP Vistex and an overall 6-8 years of SAP SD expertise. This role requires deep knowledge of pricing, rebates, incentives, and chargebacks within Vistex, along with a comprehensive understanding of SD pricing and sales processes.


Key Responsibilities :


- Lead end-to-end SAP Vistex implementations, configurations, and support activities related to pricing, rebates, incentives, and chargebacks.

- Configure and enhance the Vistex Composite Model for Vendor and Customer rebates, including tracking screens, calculation runs, and settlements.

- Design and implement rebate and incentive agreements with various rebate plans.

- Handle SAP SD sales processes including Inquiry, Quotation, Contract, and Scheduling Agreements.

- Perform SAP Vistex Rebates & Incentives module configurations and minor developments/customizations as required.

- Provide expertise in output printing forms for Sales and Billing documents.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration between SAP Vistex, SAP SD, and other SAP modules.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP configurations and solutions.

- Mentor and lead a team of 6-8 consultants, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

- Support business users with troubleshooting, performance tuning, and system enhancements.

- Work flexible shifts as per project requirements.


Technical Skills :


- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Vistex modules : Pricing, Rebates, Incentives, Chargebacks.

- Expertise in Composite Model setup for Vendor and Customer rebates.

- Proficient with tracking screens, calculation runs, settlements, and agreement management.

- Configuration and minor enhancements/custom development in Vistex Rebates & Incentives.

- 6-8 years of overall experience in SAP SD.

- Strong knowledge of SD pricing concepts including condition technique, pricing procedures, and sales document management.

- Experience with sales processes like Inquiry, Quotation, Contract, and Scheduling Agreement.

- Output determination and printing forms configuration for sales and billing documents.

- Integration knowledge with other SAP modules such as MM, FI, and CO.


Additional Skills :


- End-to-end business process understanding in rebate management, sales incentives, and commission management.

- Basic knowledge of ABAP for debugging and minor developments (advantageous).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Proven experience leading teams and managing deliverables in a matrix environment.
