SAP VIM Techno-Functional Consultant

Role : SAP VIM Techno-Functional Consultant

Experience : 6 - 12 Years

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather business requirements and design end-to-end invoice processing solutions.

- Configure VIM workflows, exception handling, approval processes, and DP (Document

Processing).

- Work on OCR (ICC / Business Center Capture) configuration and optimization.

- Perform technical analysis, debugging, and custom enhancements in collaboration with ABAP developers.

- Integrate VIM with SAP FI (AP), MM (Procure-to-Pay), and other SAP modules.

- Ensure proper setup of ArchiveLink, Content Server, and Document Management.

- Support system upgrades, patches, and S/4HANA migrations related to VIM.

- Provide end-user training, UAT, and production support.

- Troubleshoot VIM issues across functional workflows and technical customizations.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management).

- Good functional knowledge of Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay, and Invoice Processing.

- Experience in SAP Workflow configuration and troubleshooting.

- ABAP debugging skills (for analyzing issues, working with custom code).

- Integration knowledge with MM, FI, and Archiving solutions.

- Hands-on with OCR tools (ICC, BCC, or equivalent).
