Role Overview :

We are looking for a motivated and experienced SAP VIM Consultant with hands-on expertise in OpenText VIM and exposure to S/4HANA platforms. The ideal candidate must have participated in at least 2 end-to-end SAP implementations with significant involvement in VIM configuration, enhancement, and custom development. This is a Contract to Hire (C2H) position, ideal for professionals seeking a challenging role with long-term potential.

Key Responsibilities :

- Participate in the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) solutions.

- Independently manage deliverables as part of the MOZART project, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.

- Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive UAT coordination and sign-off.

- Handle complex VIM implementations, enhancements, and upgrades.

- Configure VIM & BCC settings based on client requirements.

- Work extensively on Custom Development (RICEFW) objects related to VIM.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems.

- Provide regular status updates to onsite leads and project managers.

- Maintain high standards of oral and written communication in all project documentation and stakeholder interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3-4 years of hands-on experience specifically in SAP VIM (OpenText).

- Overall 5+ years of SAP experience with a focus on complex business implementations.

- Minimum 2 full-cycle SAP implementations (including one end-to-end VIM deployment).

- Experience in full project lifecycle - from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.

- Strong knowledge of VIM configuration and BCC setup.

- Proficiency in RICEFW development within the context of VIM.

- Ability to work independently and drive deliverables with minimal supervision.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have :

- Certification in SAP VIM (OpenText).

- Prior experience in S/4HANA environments.

- Working knowledge of PTP/AP (Procure-to-Pay / Accounts Payable) processes.

- Exposure to Agile delivery models and multi-vendor environments.
