- Work as a peer and mentor to guide Digital Solutions team members in highlighting VC model design and best practices in integrating Salesforce and ERP.

- Review configuration models built by other team members and provide expert feedback.

- Mentor, guide, and supervise junior professionals and associate technologists.

- Establish and enforce modeling standards, documentation protocols, and QA processes.

- Support SAP VC integration with SD, MM, PP, and other relevant SAP modules.

- Monitor and adopt emerging SAP VC innovations and best practices to enhance internal capabilities.

Qualifications :

Technical Skills Required :

- Deep hands-on VC model building experience within a complex manufacturing environment7 to 10 yrs.

- A technical professional with 2+ full lifecycle SAP R/3 implementations.

- Advanced SAP ECC 6.0 VC knowledge and experience.

- Thorough understanding of all aspects of a variant configuration product model including classes, characteristics, configuration profiles, ALE, tables, variant pricing, functions, dependency nets with constraints, BOM class nodes, preconditions, selection conditions, procedures, complex super bills of material and routes and work centers.

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments, with solid understanding of system architecture.

- Eager to learn new configurator tool Logik. ai.

- Strong integration knowledge with modules such as SD, MM, and PP.

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience); advanced degree preferred.

- Strong Excel skills and desire to learn and incorporate AI workflows.

Leadership & Strategic Skills :

- Proven ability to lead development initiatives and provide inputs to key stakeholder.

- Experience mentoring and supervising junior developers or technologies.
