SAP UI5/Fiori Developer

Description :

We are looking for an experienced SAP UI5/Fiori Developer with CAPM expertise to design, develop, and support innovative SAP applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on skills in SAPUI5, Fiori elements, CAPM (Cloud Application Programming Model), and integration within SAP BTP.

You will collaborate with functional teams, architects, and backend developers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

UI5/Fiori Development

- Develop custom SAP UI5 applications using XML, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.

- Build and enhance Fiori applications using Fiori Elements and SAP Fiori guidelines.

- Develop responsive and user-friendly UI screens aligned with SAP UX standards.

CAPM & Backend Development

- Design and develop applications using SAP CAPM (Node.js/Java-based) on SAP BTP.

- Build OData V4 services and integrate them with UI5/Fiori applications.

- Implement CDS models, business logic, and service layers in CAPM.

Integration & SAP Ecosystem

- Integrate UI5 applications with SAP S/4HANA or SAP On-Premise systems using OData.

- Work with SAP BTP services such as Cloud Foundry, Destination services, XSUAA, etc.

- Coordinate with functional consultants to gather and translate requirements into technical designs.

Quality & Deployment

- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

- Support deployment pipelines, CI/CD, and version control (Git).

- Provide technical documentation and adhere to coding standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP UI5, SAP Fiori, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.

- Practical experience with SAP CAPM (Cloud Application Programming Model).

- Experience with OData/OData V4 services, CDS models, and SAP BTP.

- Understanding of Fiori architecture, Launchpad configuration, and design principles.

- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration concepts.

- Familiarity with Node.js or Java for CAP backend development.

- Experience with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with SAP BTP extensions and event-driven architecture.

- Understanding of Fiori Elements, Smart Controls, and SAP Mobility.

- Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Certification in SAP UI5/Fiori or SAP BTP is a plus.
