SAP UI5/ABAP Developer

We are seeking an experienced Offshore SAP Developer with more than 10 years of expertise, located in Bangalore/Hyderabad (Secondary), for a minimum 6-month contract.

The role involves remote work with one weekly visit to the office in Hyderabad and Bangalore.

Job Summary :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, maintain, and enhance SAP applications using ABAP.

- Develop and deploy UI5 applications utilizing SAP Web IDE and SAP BAS.

- Integrate front-end UI5 applications with SAP backend services like OData and Gateway.

- Collaborate with onshore technical leads to offer technical solutions based on requirements.

- Perform unit testing and assist in system and user acceptance testing.

- Debug and resolve issues in existing applications for seamless operation.

- Uphold code quality, enhance performance, and adhere to SAP development standards.

- Engage in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies if following Agile methodology.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Extensive hands-on experience in SAP UI5, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and FIORI for over 10 years.

- Proficiency in SAP ABAP development.

- Practical experience with SAP Web IDE and SAP Business Application Studio (BAS) for UI5

applications.

- Capability to develop OData services and integrate them with UI5 applications.

- Solid understanding of SAP Fiori architecture and launchpad configuration.

- Knowledge of Git, version control, and deployment best practices.

- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
