Urgently hiring for our Fortune 5 Healthcare client in the US an experienced Tricentis Tosca Automation Architect to design, develop, and implement automated testing solutions for SAP and enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate will lead automation initiatives, provide technical guidance & training to quality automation teams, establish best practices, and support end-to-end business process testing.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca.

- Develop and maintain automated test cases for SAP and web applications.

- Design and develop out-of-box solutions to automate complex processes and large sets of data validations.

- Automate end-to-end business processes and regression test suites.

- Integrate Tosca with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps and Jenkins.

- Collaborate with QA, Development, Business, and Project teams.

- Define automation standards, best practices, and governance.

- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to automation team members.

Required Qualifications :

- 10+ years of QA/Test Automation experience.

- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca.

- Strong experience with :

1. SAP (S/4HANA, ECC, Fiori preferred)

2. Enterprise Web Applications

3. Test Case Design

4. Model-Based Test Automation

5. Vb Script/ UFT

- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Tricentis Tosca Certification.

- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and Jira.

- Experience in Manufacturing, Utilities, Retail, Healthcare, Insurance, or Financial Services.

- Experience in design & development of automation frameworks using UFT/ Worksoft/ other tools.

Preferred Candidate :

- Proven experience architecting and implementing Tosca automation solutions for SAP and Web applications.

- Strong hands-on automation expertise with the ability to lead and mentor teams.

- Experience working in large enterprise environments.
