Position : SAP TM Technical Architect / Principal Consultant

Experience : 10- 15 years overall SAP technical experience (minimum 8 years in SAP TM technical)

Location : Pune/Bangalore

Job Description :

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develop and enhance SAP TM components using BOPF, BRF+, PPF, FPM, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.

- Drive and support SAP TM version upgrade projects, ensuring smooth transition, compatibility checks, and regression handling.

- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

- Handle performance optimization, issue resolution, and integration with SAP ECC/S/4HANA and external systems.

- Mentor and guide technical teams, ensuring adherence to SAP TM best practices and development standards.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP TM technical frameworks (BOPF, BRF+, PPF, FPM).

- In-depth understanding of SAP TM functional areas such as Order Management, Freight Planning, and Charge Management.

- Experience in SAP integration technologies (PI/PO, CPI, IDoc, Web Services) preferred.

- Proven experience in SAP TM upgrade or migration projects (e.g., TM 9.x to S/4HANA TM).

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Proven experience in SAP TM implementation and support.

- Strong knowledge of SAP Transportation Management module.

- Experience with ABAP programming and SAP integration.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
