SAP TM Consultant - SAP S/4HANA Greenfield Implementation.

We are looking for an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant to join a Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation for a leading organization in the Power Generation Equipment - Sales, Rental & Service industry.

Location : Pune.

Experience : 6 - 10 Years.

SAP TM Experience : Minimum 3 Years.

Industry : Power Generation / Industrial Equipment / Manufacturing / Engineering Services.

Employment Type : Full-time.

Key Requirements :

- 6 - 10 years of overall SAP consulting experience.

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on SAP TM implementation/support experience.

- At least one end-to-end SAP TM implementation integrated with SAP S/4HANA.

- Strong experience in :

1. SAP Transportation Management (TM).

2. Freight Order Management.

3. Transportation Planning & Execution.

4. Carrier Selection.

5. Freight Settlement.

6. Charge Management.

7. Route Optimization.

- Strong understanding of transportation planning, freight management and logistics execution.

- Experience integrating SAP TM with :

1. SAP S/4HANA.

2. Embedded EWM.

3. SAP SD & MM.

4. Third-party logistics/external systems.

- Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite/CPI, Fiori, APIs, IDocs and Web Services.

- Good understanding of SAP Activate methodology.

- Experience with SIT, UAT, data migration, cutover, Go-Live and Hypercare.

- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, documentation and communication skills.

- SAP TM Certification is preferred.

- SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain certification is an added advantage.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related discipline.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead SAP TM implementation and configuration activities.

- Conduct business workshops and gather transportation/logistics requirements.

- Design and implement end-to-end transportation planning and execution processes.

- Configure Freight Order Management, Transportation Planning, Carrier Selection, Freight Settlement and Charge Management.

- Support inbound and outbound logistics for equipment, spare parts and service operations.

- Integrate SAP TM with S/4HANA, Embedded EWM, SD, MM and third-party logistics providers.

- Configure shipment tracking, route optimization and freight cost management.

- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams.

- Support SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live and Hypercare.

- Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer.

- Provide post-implementation support and resolve functional issues.
