Role Overview :

We are hiring an experienced SAP Testing Engineer with strong functional testing expertise and hands-on exposure to automation and/or performance testing. The role involves working closely with SAP functional and technical teams to ensure quality assurance across SAP modules and enterprise workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze SAP business processes and define test strategies

- Design and execute test cases, scenarios, and scripts across SAP modules

- Perform System, Integration, Regression, and UAT testing

- Develop or enhance automation frameworks (Selenium / Tosca / UFT / Worksoft)

- Execute performance testing and identify system bottlenecks (JMeter / Blazemeter preferred)

- Manage defect lifecycle, perform RCA, and collaborate with stakeholders

- Support test planning, estimation, and reporting activities

- Maintain test documentation and ensure QA governance standards

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong SAP Testing experience with functional knowledge (MM/SD/FI/PP/HCM etc.)

- Selenium automation with strong framework understanding

- Hands-on experience in JIRA (including test management)

- Experience working in Agile environments

Good to Have :

- Performance testing using JMeter / Blazemeter

- Experience with Tosca, UFT, Worksoft Certify

- SAP S/4 HANA migration testing exposure

- Knowledge of SAP test accelerators and QA governance

- Certification in SAP Testing / Automation / Performance Testing
