Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of end-to-end SAP testing programs across diverse modules and landscapes.

- Develop and implement robust test strategies, plans, and processes aligned with project and organizational goals.

- Manage and mentor test teams, fostering collaboration, skill development, and high performance.

- Coordinate with SAP functional and technical teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and risk mitigation.

- Oversee defect management, reporting, and resolution processes to ensure timely and quality delivery.

- Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.

- Communicate test progress, risks, and issues effectively to project stakeholders and senior management.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the testing lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 8 to 15 years of experience in SAP testing and quality assurance, with significant exposure to SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments.

- Proven experience in test program management, including test strategy development, execution, and team leadership.

- Strong knowledge of SAP modules and integration points to ensure effective end-to-end testing.

- Expertise in test management tools and methodologies.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment and manage geographically dispersed teams.

Preferred Attributes :

- Experience in Agile testing methodologies and DevOps practices.

- Certification in software testing or project management (e.g , ISTQB, PMP) is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to risk management
