SAP Techno-Functional Consultant - GRC Module

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Techno-Functional Consultant GRC to lead and support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP GRC solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring both functional understanding and technical expertise to support security compliance, risk management, and audit processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for SAP GRC requirements.

- Configure and maintain SAP GRC modules including Access Control (AC), Process Control (PC), Risk Management (RM), and Audit Management.

- Implement and support workflows such as Access Request Management (ARM), Emergency Access Management (EAM), and Role Risk Analysis.

- Perform technical tasks including customization, enhancement (BADI/BAPI), and integration with SAP Security and other systems.

- Collaborate with SAP Security teams to design compliant and efficient access roles.

- Monitor GRC integrations with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and other connected systems.

- Handle upgrades, patches, and support packages related to GRC applications.

- Support audit and compliance teams by generating required reports and evidence from GRC.

- Conduct user training and documentation for ongoing governance and process adherence.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in SAP GRC as a techno-functional consultant.

- Hands-on experience in SAP GRC Access Control (AC 10.x/12.x), with good knowledge of workflows and connectors.

- Strong knowledge of SAP authorization concepts, role design, and SoD (Segregation of Duties) analysis.

- ABAP debugging skills and knowledge of GRC-related enhancements (User Exits, BADIs, etc.

- Experience in integrating GRC with SAP ECC/S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, or cloud applications.

- Solid understanding of risk and compliance regulations such as SOX, GDPR, etc.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP GRC certification is a plus.

- Exposure to SAP IDM (Identity Management) or SAP Security.

- Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) or SAP Fiori apps related to GRC.

- Familiarity with audit procedures and tools
