- SAP Technical Leadership : Lead and oversee multiple SAP technical streams, including ABAP, Fiori, BASIS, and Integration (SAP CPI/PI-PO), ensuring technical excellence and strategic alignment.

- S/4HANA Implementation Oversight : Take a leading role in the large-scale implementation of SAP S/4HANA on RISE, ensuring successful technical delivery and migration.

- Integration Management : Manage and architect complex integrations with 20+ non-SAP systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process orchestration.

- System Performance & Security : Handle end-to-end system performance optimization, security management, and release management for SAP landscapes.

- Team Guidance & Mentorship : Guide and mentor cross-functional technical teams through all phases of the project lifecycle, including development, testing, and go-live support.

- Strategic Contribution : Contribute to technical architecture decisions, best practices, and innovation within the SAP landscape.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of extensive experience in SAP technical domains.

- Strong technical expertise in ABAP, Fiori, BASIS, and SAP Integration technologies (SAP CPI/PI-PO).

- Proven experience with SAP HANA, SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), SAP ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), and Solution Manager.

- PMP (Project Management Professional) and ITIL certification are mandatory.

- Proven track record in leading and successfully delivering at least 2+ SAP HANA implementations.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of managing diverse global teams and stakeholders.
