Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SYNITI ADM Consultant with a strong background in SAP Data Migration and hands-on expertise with the Syniti ADM Platform. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end data migration projects, with the ability to analyze, model, and convert complex datasets using industry best practices and SAP-specific tools.

Required Skills:

- Platform Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience on Syniti ADM.

- SAP Knowledge: Strong conceptual understanding of SAP Data Migration processes.

- Load Methods: Knowledge of SAP load methods such as LSMW, IDocs, and Migration Cockpit.

- Tools: Proficiency in SQL; familiarity with SAP Data Services and SAP ABAP is a plus.

- Modules Exposure: Hands-on experience with SAP modules like SD, MM, FICO, PP, QM, and PM.

- Implementation Experience: 58 years in SAP Data Conversion; at least 3 full SAP implementation lifecycles.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement data migration solutions using Syniti ADM (BackOffice Cransoft/DSP).

- Understand and execute SAP data load methods and strategies.

- Perform data quality checks, rule implementation, and develop dashboards on the ADM platform.

- Utilize Harmonize functionality and other ADM components for streamlining migration activities.

- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to support SAP ECC and S/4HANA data migration.

- Work on full lifecycle SAP implementation projects and migration cockpit tools such as Migration Object modeler.

- Support performance tuning and SQL-based data transformations.
