Location : Ernakulam

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide L1 & L2 support for SAP functional issues within agreed SLAs.

- Perform hands-on configuration in one or more SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, FI, CO) and manage integration points.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.

- Troubleshoot integration issues and propose permanent fixes.

- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend preventive actions.

- Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and UAT activities.

- Coordinate with SAP Basis and external consultants for escalations.

- Maintain documentation for configuration changes, processes, and workflows.

- Provide SAP support during month-end and year-end closing activities.

What Were Looking For :

Education : Bachelors degree in IT, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.

Experience : 35 years in SAP within the IT department of a manufacturing company.

Core Expertise : SAP configuration in at least one core module (MM/SD/PP/FI/CO).

- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes procurement, production planning, sales order management, costing.

- Skilled in troubleshooting and integration issue management.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications.

- Knowledge of Transport Management and Change Request handling.

- Familiarity with manufacturing KPIs and process optimization
