Job Description

Key Responsibilities :


- Lead and participate in SAP SuccessFactors implementations across modules such as Employee Central (EC), Learning Management System (LMS), Performance & Goals Management (PMGM), or others.


- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical configurations.


- Configure, test, and deploy SuccessFactors solutions in alignment with business needs.


- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.


- Collaborate with technical teams for integration with other SAP or third-party systems.


- Conduct training, prepare documentation, and guide end-users and stakeholders.


- Stay updated with SAP SuccessFactors releases, upgrades, and industry best practices.


- Act as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for clients.


Required Skills & Qualifications :


- 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors.


- SAP SuccessFactors certification in at least one module - mandatory.


- Strong expertise in one or more modules : EC, LMS, PMGM, Recruiting, Onboarding, etc.


- In-depth understanding of HR processes and cloud architecture.


- Proven experience in end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support.


- Good knowledge of integration tools (SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, or other middleware).


- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.


- Ability to engage directly with clients and manage expectations.


Preferred Qualifications :


- SAP HCM background or understanding of hybrid landscapes (SAP ECC + SF)


- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology


- Experience working in Agile or iterative project delivery environments
