Requirement :
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Successfactors Time Off.
- Certified with Valid Delta in SF EC.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Knowledge Time Off processes and implementation experience - Experience in client workshops for Time Off.
- Analyze business requirements and transform into SF workbook.
- Time Off Knowledge Requirement
- Work Schedule, Holiday Calendar, Time Off Set ups, Time off workflows, Time Off Integration, Simple to Complex Time off rules like Accruals, Hire, Termination, Interim , Period end processing , Leave Recalculation , Leave Encashment
- Expertise in project deliverables starting from project planning, country mobilization, scoping workshop, project kick off, user requirement, blueprint, system configuration, configuration document, test plan creation, test execution, UAT, regression testing, cut over activities, deployment, Go live, Hyper care activities and support.
Responsibilities :
- Participate in client workshops to gather and analyze business requirements for time off processes.
- Translate business needs into technical configurations within the SAP SuccessFactors Time Off module.
- Configure workflows, rules, and settings to automate time off requests, approvals, and accruals. Integrate the Time Off module with other relevant SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Payroll).
- Develop and maintain SuccessFactors Time Off configuration documentation.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on how to utilize the Time Off module effectively.
- Provide ongoing support to clients after implementation.
Qualifications :
- 4-6 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, with a minimum of 3 years focused on the Time Off module.
- Certified SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant with a valid Delta (latest version). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of time off processes and best practices.
- Proven experience in successfully implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Time Off. Experience facilitating client workshops for time off requirements gathering.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable configurations within SuccessFactors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, client-service environment.
