SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant

We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Time Management solutions, helping clients optimize their time tracking and attendance processes.

Responsibilities :

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to time management processes.

- Configure SAP SuccessFactors Time Management modules to meet client needs.

- Provide expert guidance on best practices for time management implementation.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to time tracking and attendance.

- Conduct user training sessions and create training materials for end-users.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other HR modules.

- Stay updated on industry trends and SAP SuccessFactors updates.

Skills and Qualifications :

- 7-10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management implementation and support.

- Strong understanding of time management processes and policies.

- Proficiency in configuring SAP SuccessFactors Time Management solutions.

- Experience with integration of Time Management with other SAP modules (e.g., Employee Central).

- Ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.

- SAP SuccessFactors certification in Time Management is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
