Role Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented SAP SuccessFactors Tester with strong expertise in TOSCA automation and a solid understanding of HR processes. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of SuccessFactors solutions across multiple modules.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business requirements, functional & technical specifications to define test strategy

- Design and develop comprehensive test cases and test scenarios

- Execute functional, regression, and integration testing

- Identify, log, and track defects with clear documentation

- Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with development teams for resolution

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts (TOSCA) where applicable

- Execute automated test suites and interpret results

- Ensure quality delivery through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams

- Work on complex assignments and provide guidance when required

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3+ years of experience in QA/testing with a focus on SAP applications

- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules :

i. Employee Central (EC)

ii. Recruiting (RCM)

iii. Onboarding (ONB)

iv. Performance & Goals (PM/GM)

v. Learning (LMS), Compensation (COMP), Succession (SCD)

- Strong understanding of HR business processes

- Experience in functional, regression & integration testing

- Proficiency with Azure DevOps for test and defect management

- Strong analytical, problem-solving & communication skills

- Bachelors Degree (mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications :

- Hands-on experience in TOSCA Automation

- TOSCA Level 2 Certification
