Description :

Must-Have :

- Rich experience working as SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect capable to drive consulting/advisory offerings across global customers

- Min 2 Certification in SAP SF (Employee Central Payroll is mandatory )

- Strong cross functional knowledge of the SuccessFactors system with special focus on Employee Central Payroll(India / Australia) and integrated with SAP BIB, Time Management, Employee Central

- Highly customer focused, forward thinking, ability to anticipate and focus on whats next in the customer journey

- Apply Innovation - Creation / Enhancements of Assets, Tools & Accelerators to drive customer-centric innovation.

- Must be able to work within a matrix organization balancing the needs of the service line against firm initiatives and goals

Good-to-Have :

- Drive Customer workshops and gather requirements across the Recruit to Hire Process with SAP SuccessFactors

- Assist & guide customers with change management, focusing on product updates, develop appropriate strategy to minimize impact on current capabilities and assists in maximizing innovation adoption and usage.

- Conduct Project Audits and Provide service improvement suggestions

- Work on Incidents/Changes/Service Requests created by the customer within the agreed SLA

- Trouble-shoot issues and offer solutioning and user guidance when needed

- Interact with vendors regarding system upgrades, break fix, performance, availability, and system uptimes

- Ensure regular connects with Onsite team for providing daily status Updates.

- Experience of handling Half Yearly release management activities

- Maintain project documentation (Validation documents/KEDB etc.) and adhere to customers quality policy and procedures.

- Presenting the status of work to customer in Weekly and Monthly Status Meetings

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role :

- Provide thought leadership regarding SAP SuccessFactors solutions and strategies for new programs, projects and enhancements to existing solution offerings

- Responsible for driving customer engagement by engaging CHRO or HR business stakeholders and influencing their decisions with PoVs and thought Leadership.

- Lead and manage customer engagements related to SAP SuccessFactors.

- Drive Innovations and Continuous improvements to build assets and differentiators

- High Priority support ticket management/ attendance / Escalations

- Provide leadership in planning/sequencing of customer workshops, conduct workshops and support facilitation of same

- Support Pre-sales and Solutioning
