Job Description :

We are seeking a SAP SuccessFactors RCM Project Manager to lead end-to-end Recruiting Management (RCM) implementations and enhancements while managing stakeholders, timelines, and delivery quality.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM & RMK) projects end-to-end

- Manage project scope, schedule, risks, and deliverables

- Act as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders

- Oversee configuration of :

1. Job Requisitions

2. Offer Management

3. Talent Pipelines

4. Workflows & Business Rules

- Coordinate with functional, technical, and testing teams

- Drive UAT, go-live, and post-go-live support

- Ensure adherence to Agile / Waterfall project methodologies

Mandatory Skills :

- 5-8 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience

- Minimum 3+ years in SF RCM (mandatory)

- Project Management experience in SAP SuccessFactors (mandatory)

- Strong hands-on knowledge of :

i. Recruiting Management (RCM)

ii. Recruiting Marketing (RMK good exposure)

iii. Job Requisition & Offer Management

- Experience in global RCM implementations

- Strong stakeholder, risk, and delivery management skills

- Excellent communication and leadership skills
