Description :

We are looking for a skilled SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Configuration Engineer with strong expertise in Performance & Goals Management to support and implement end-to-end PMGM solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and support Performance Management and Goals Management (PMGM)

- Design and configure goal plans, performance forms, templates, and rating scales

- Implement business rules, workflows, and route maps

- Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements

- Support testing, deployments, and production issues

- Ensure alignment with best practices and HR processes

- Prepare functional documentation and user guides

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM

- Strong experience with business rules, workflows, and form templates

- Good understanding of performance management lifecycle

- Experience in implementation and support projects

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have :

- Experience integrating PMGM with other SF modules

- Knowledge of SF reporting and analytics

- SAP SuccessFactors certification is an advantage
