Role Overview :
The consultant will work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate payroll processing, compliance with local regulations, and integration with other SuccessFactors modules.
Required Skills & Experience :
- Strong knowledge of payroll configuration, schemas, rules, and off-cycle payroll processing.
- Experience with integration between EC Payroll and Employee Central, Time Management, and Finance modules.
- Knowledge of local statutory compliance, taxes, and labor laws.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in end-to-end payroll implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities :
Payroll).
- Configure payroll processes, schemas, rules, and infotypes according to business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and local payroll regulations in Singapore.
- Perform integration with Employee Central, Finance, Time Management, and other SAP/Non-SAP systems.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and reconciliation of payroll runs.
- Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide end-to-end resolution.
- Prepare functional specifications for custom enhancements and payroll reporting.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and IT teams to optimize payroll processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users on payroll functionalities.
