We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and configuring onboarding solutions, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions that enhance the onboarding process.

Responsibilities :

- Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 to meet client requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth onboarding processes.

- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to resolve issues during the onboarding cycle.

- Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features and enhancements related to onboarding.

Skills and Qualifications :

- 6-12 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in Onboarding 2.0.

- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.

- Proficiency in configuring and implementing onboarding solutions within SAP SuccessFactors.

- Experience with data migration and integration with other SAP modules.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders effectively.

- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors reporting and analytics.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
