Role Overview :


Lead the separation of HR systems for a large enterprise divestiture - own configuration /integration updates, tenant restructuring, and branding across employee experiences for APAC/EMEA/NA. Ensure UAT, cutover, and steady-state stability.


Responsibilities :


- Update integrations (SSO, downstream HR, APIs) aligned to the split.

- Review tenant setup, RBP/security, org structures, and data needs.

- Execute branding changes (logos, headers, notifications).

- Validate Employee Central & at least one module (Learning/Performance/Recruiting).

- Lead UAT, cutover, hypercare; resolve issues swiftly.

- Document configs, mappings, and future-state governance.


Skills & Experience (Key JD fields) :


Role : Functional (with technical configuration & integrations).


Experience : 8 - 12 years; Manager level.


Modules (Mandatory) : Employee Central + one of Learning/Performance/Recruiting.


Must-Haves : Tenant management, RBP, SSO/IAS-IPS, SAP CPI/API integrations, data

governance.


Nice-to-Haves : Rebranding at scale, migrations/divestitures, EC-Payroll exposure, ServiceNow

HRSD touchpoints.
