Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant to drive the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS) module. The role requires strong expertise in system integrations, administration, data migration, and security to ensure a robust and scalable learning platform. You will work closely with clients, HR, and technical teams to deliver seamless workflows and impactful learning experiences across global environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation & Configuration:

- Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors LMS implementations, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and deployment.

- Configure LMS functionalities (items, curricula, programs, catalogs, domains, assessments, certifications, notifications, user roles).

- Manage complex setups in multi-country, multi-language, and compliance-driven environments.

- Handle data migration, instance refreshes, and tenant management.

Integration & Technical Workflows :

- Design and configure integrations between LMS and other SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Succession, Onboarding).

- Integrate LMS with Identity Authentication Services (IAS/IPS), Single Sign-On (SSO), and external content providers (SCORM, AICC, xAPI/Tin Can).

- Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom connectors, middleware flows, and API-based integrations.

- Ensure data accuracy, synchronization, and compliance across connected systems.

Testing, Training & Support :

- Conduct unit, regression, UAT, and security testing for LMS and integrated modules.

- Develop end-user documentation, training materials, and super-user workshops.

- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

- Proactively identify system gaps, enhancement opportunities, and automation possibilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Mandatory: SAP SuccessFactors LMS Certification.

- Strong hands-on experience with LMS module configurations, workflows, and security models.

- Practical knowledge of IAS/IPS, SSO, and provisioning.

- Proficiency in Instance Refresh, system administration, and performance monitoring.

- Solid understanding of SAP HCM processes and HR best practices.

- Exposure to SuccessFactors Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Onboarding is highly preferred.

- Experience with API-based integrations, middleware (Dell Boomi, SAP CPI), and 3rd-party content integration.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze system logs, errors, and data discrepancies.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.

- Cross-industry domain knowledge is an advantage.
