Job Description

About the Role :

We're looking for an experienced and highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Time Off & Payroll Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This is a remote, 12-month position where you will be responsible for the management, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Off and Payroll modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process analysis and consulting, with a proven ability to deliver effective solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Configure and maintain the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off and Payroll modules to meet business requirements.

- Execute and oversee end-to-end payroll cycles, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

- Conduct detailed business process analysis to identify system improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.

- Collaborate directly with clients and key stakeholders to gather and define requirements, design system solutions, and provide expert consulting services.

- Manage system master data and ensure its integrity across all modules.

- Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system-related problems in a timely manner.

- Develop and deliver training materials and conduct workshops for end-users as needed.

- Work independently to manage project tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications :

- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with a strong focus on EC Time Off and at least one Payroll module (e.g., SAP Employee Central Payroll, SAP Payroll).

- Demonstrable experience in business process analysis and consulting.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.

- Knowledge of SAP FICO and Master Data Management is required.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.

- A Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

- Previous experience in a consulting role is highly preferred.
