Key Responsibilities :
- Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central according to business requirements.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements and configuration solutions within EC.
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Employee Central and related SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Time Off, Position Management).
- Work with stakeholders to gather and validate business and functional requirements.
- Create and maintain system documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
- Lead and support data migration and integration activities between SAP SF EC and third-party or legacy systems.
- Provide post-implementation support, including system troubleshooting, user support, and release management.
- Participate in end-to-end project lifecycle, from blueprinting and design to testing and go-live.
- Keep up to date with SAP SuccessFactors updates, roadmaps, and best practices.
Preferred Skills :
- Exposure to additional SF modules such as Performance & Goals, Compensation, or Recruiting.
- Working knowledge of SuccessFactors reporting tools (Ad Hoc Reporting, People Analytics).
- Understanding of compliance and data privacy laws affecting HRIS implementations (e.g., GDPR).
