Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant with 6+ years of hands-on experience to support a European payroll client (ADQ). The consultant will be responsible for end-to-end EC implementation, configuration, integrations, and ongoing support in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations and enhancements

- Configure and maintain Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Business Rules, and Workflows

- Manage Hire-to-Retire processes including Hire, Rehire, Transfer, Promotion, and Termination

- Handle effective-dated employee data and complex data structures

- Support Employee Central payroll integrations (SAP or third-party payroll systems)

- Work on European country-specific EC configurations and compliance requirements

- Configure and support Time Off / Absence Management

- Perform data migration, imports, and validation activities

- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Integration, and technical teams

- Support UAT, go-live, and post-go-live activities

- Prepare functional documentation and provide knowledge transfer.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with strong focus on Employee Central

- Strong hands-on experience with :

1. Foundation Objects & MDF Framework

2. Role-Based Permissions (RBP)

3. Business Rules & Workflows

4. EC Data Models and Effective Dating

- Experience with Payroll integration (SAP EC Payroll or third-party payroll systems)

- Experience working with European clients / payroll processes

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
