Responsibilities :

- The Functional SAP EC Payroll Support Specialist will be responsible for providing functional support for SAP Employee Central (EC) Payroll across multiple countries.

- This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of payroll processes, troubleshooting issues, configuring the system as per local requirements, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement payroll-related changes.

- The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in SAP EC Payroll, a strong understanding of global payroll processes, and experience in supporting multi-country payroll environments.

Must-Have :

1. Payroll Support : Provide day-to-day functional support for SAP EC Payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple countries.

2. Configuration & Maintenance : Configure payroll schemas, rules, and other payroll-related components in SAP EC to meet country-specific requirements and business needs.

3. Issue Resolution : Investigate and resolve payroll-related issues, working closely with IT, HR, and external vendors to identify root causes and implement solutions.

4. Compliance : Ensure that payroll processes comply with local regulations and company policies across all supported countries.

5. Testing & Validation : Conduct system testing for payroll changes, updates, and new implementations. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders.

6. Good functional knowledge of Mexico, UK, Ireland, Finland and Norway Payroll

Role will include scaling current support team strategically as more countries get implemented on Employee Central Payroll across different time zones

- Good understanding of Employee Central Payroll to Mexico, UK, Ireland, Finland and Norway Payroll

- Hands on experience in configuration of Employee Central payroll for Mexico, UK, Ireland, Finland and Norway to fix bugs, change request and enhancements.

- Assist with performing monthly system testing as new patches/fixes are applied (i.e., Employee Central Payroll).

- Good understanding of standard SAP Integrations with Employee Central Payroll

- Experience of maintaining large scale enterprise applications ensuring stability, uptime, seamless operational efficiency of end-to-end payroll process for Employee Central Payroll to

support Mexico, UK, Ireland, Finland and Norway.

- Experience of setting up robust support model by leveraging mix of colleague and external

partner teams

- Experience of working with multiple stakeholders, influencing change, driving end to end user journey based solution design

- Experience of creating/influencing roadmap, has good understanding of HR & Payroll processes

- Experience in Agile Product Delivery

- Problem-solving and communications skills (written and verbal) that reflect structured, clear, and objective thinking
