We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors EC and RBP Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions, particularly in Employee Central and Role-Based Permissions, to enhance our HR processes.

Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Role-Based Permissions (RBP) modules.

- Conduct workshops and gather requirements from stakeholders to understand business needs.

- Provide expertise in best practices for system configuration and integration with other HR modules.

- Deliver training and support to end-users and HR teams on using SAP SuccessFactors EC and RBP.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SuccessFactors functionalities.

- Prepare documentation including system design, process flows, and user manuals.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in SAP SuccessFactors.

Skills and Qualifications :

- 7-10 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in Employee Central and Role-Based Permissions.

- Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors EC module configuration and implementation.

- Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.

- Experience with integration of SAP SuccessFactors with other SAP modules and third-party systems.

- Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and provide user training.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues effectively.

- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance in HR systems.
