Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Degreed Consultant to manage the integration, configuration, and optimization of learning platforms between SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) and Degreed. The candidate will support digital learning initiatives and ensure seamless learning experience across systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and implement integration between SAP SuccessFactors LMS and Degreed platform.

- Manage data synchronization for users, courses, content, and learning records.

- Configure APIs, connectors, and SSO between SuccessFactors and Degreed.

- Support deployment and enhancement of digital learning ecosystem.

- Gather business requirements related to learning and development.

- Configure learning pathways, skill frameworks, and content mapping.

- Perform testing (SIT/UAT) for integrations and learning workflows.

- Troubleshoot integration, data, and performance issues.

- Coordinate with HR, L&D, IT, and vendors.

- Prepare system documentation and training materials.

- Provide post-implementation support and maintenance.

Required Skills (Must Have) :

- Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors LMS

- Hands-on experience with Degreed platform

- Expertise in SFDegreed Integration

- Knowledge of APIs, SFTP, SSO, OAuth, REST

- Experience in learning content management (SCORM, AICC, xAPI)

- Understanding of Learning & Development processes

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
