Job Summary :


We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant Integration with strong hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules and system integrations.


The ideal candidate will have end-to-end experience in implementation, enhancement, and support of SuccessFactors solutions, with a strong focus on integrating SuccessFactors with SAP and non-SAP systems using modern integration tools and middleware.


The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions.


Key Responsibilities :


SuccessFactors Implementation & Support :


- Lead and support end-to-end implementation, configuration, and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.


- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.


- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of SuccessFactors applications.

Integration & Technical Responsibilities


- Design, develop, and support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors.


Hands-on experience with :


1. SAP Integration


2. REST/SOAP APIs


3. OData services


- Develop and manage inbound and outbound interfaces for employee master data, organizational data, compensation, learning, and performance processes.


- Ensure data accuracy, security, and consistency across integrated systems.


Testing & Deployment :


- Prepare test scenarios, perform unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and support UAT.


- Coordinate deployments, transports, and cutover activities.


- Document integration flows, configurations, and technical designs.


Stakeholder & Client Engagement :


- Work closely with business users, HR teams, and IT stakeholders to ensure solution alignment.


- Participate in client-facing discussions, workshops, and design sessions.


- Provide guidance and best practices for SuccessFactors integrations and module usage.


- Preferred SuccessFactors Modules Experience


- Hands-on experience in one or more of the following modules is highly preferred :


1. Employee Central (EC)


2. Learning Management System (LMS)


3. Performance & Goals Management (PMGM)


4. Recruiting Management


5. Onboarding / Onboarding 2.0


6. Compensation


Required Skills & Qualifications :


- 7+ years of overall experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations and integrations.


- Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Integration concepts and tools.


- Hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI) is mandatory.


- Experience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA, SAP HCM, or third-party applications.


- At least one SAP Certification (SAP SuccessFactors or SAP Integration).


- Good understanding of HR business processes and data models.


- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.


- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


Additional Requirements :


- Immediate joiners or candidates with notice period up to 15 days are highly preferred.


- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
